(I) The Fee Regul~tory Committee shall meet as and when necessary but at least once in a quarter at such ti.me and place as the Chairperson may think fit. (2) The Conunittee shall regulate its own procedure for the conduct of its business. (3) All orders and decisions of the Committee shall be authenticated by the Chairperson of the Committee or the person duly authorized by the Chairperson in this behalf.
