Notwithstanding anything contained in the Court Fees, Act 1870 (VII of 1870), as adapted and applied to the 48[Saurashtra area of the 49[State of Gujarat]] every application or appeal made under this Act to the Mamlatdar, Collector or Tribunal shall have a court-fee stamp of such value as may be prescribed.
