(1) An appeal shall lie to the Collector against any order of the Mamlatdar. (2) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of Chapter XIII of the Code shall apply to appeals to the Collector under this Act as if the Collector were the immediate superior of the Mamlatdar.
