The Tribunal shall— (a) decide whether any compensation is payable under section 35; (b) decide the amount of compensation in matters referred to it under section 37; (c) decide disputes relating to the reconstitution of plots referred to it under section 44 and the amount of compensation to be awarded in consequence thereof; (d) decide such other matters as may be prescribed by rules made in this behalf.
