The State Government may, by general or special order published in the Official Gazette, exempt any housing scheme from all or any of the provi sions of sections 29 to 33 (both inclusive) subject to such conditions, if any, as it may impose or may direct that any such provision shall apply to such scheme with such modifications as may be specified in the order.
