(1) The Executive Committee shall meet at such time and such place as the Chairman of the Executive Committee may decide and shall observe such rules of procedure in relation to transaction of its business at the meetings, as may be made by the resolution. Meetings of Executive Committee. (2) Every meeting of the Executive Committee shall be presided over by the Chairman or in his absence, by the Vice-Chairman. (3) The Executive Committee may meet at least once in two months or sooner, as may be decided by the Chairman of the Executive Committee. (4) The quorum for meeting of Executive Committee shall be five. (5) Every matter to be decided by the Executive Committee shall be considered and disposed of at the meeting of the Executive Committee in accordance with the decision of the majority of the members present and voting. The Chairman shall have the casting vote. (6) No act or proceedings of the Executive Committee shall be questioned or shall be invalidated merely on the ground of existence of any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the Executive Committee.
