(1) The Gujarat Regularisation of Unauthorised Development Act, 2011 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Act shall in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
