(1) On regularisation of such unauthorised development under section 6, all court cases or other proceedings, filed by the appropriate authority or the occupant or the owner or otherwise and pending in any Consequences of regularisation. (2) Any decision under this Act shall not deemed to have decided the ownership of the unauthorised development.
