The State Government may, from time to time, issue such directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, to the Registrar and to the Registrar-General, as it may thinks fit in this regard, for the effective and smooth implementation of the provisions of this Act, and the Registrar and the Registrar-General shall comply with such directions.
