(1) This Act may be called the Gujarat Public Safety (Measures) Enforcement Act, 2022. (2) It extends to such areas as may be identified and notified by the Government in the Official Gazette from time to time. (3) It shall come into force in such areas as notified under sub-section (2) above from such date or dates as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
