Appeal - (1) The management may, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order of refusal to $ant registration under rule 7 or the order of withdrawal ofregistration under rule 8, prefer an appeal to the State Govemment. (2) The State Government shall, on receipt ofan appeal under sub - rule (1), after giving an opportunity ofbeing heard to the management, pass such order as it may deem fit and communicate the decision to the management by registered post. The decision of the State Govemment on such appeal shall be final.
