Mode of payment of grant. - (1) The amount of grant admissible to a recobnised association under rules 32, 33 or 34 may generally be paid in two installments, the first installment in the month of August, and the second and final installment in the month of February or March. (2) The additional grants admissible under rules 12, 31 or 34 may be paid in lump sum subject to condition that the management, - (a) agrees to utilise the grant for the purpose for which it is sanctioned; (b) is able and prepared to provide funds for the project from its own resources in addition to the $ant sanctioned; and (c) agrees to maintain a separate account of grant and submit the same for inspection to the Director or an officer authorised by him in this behalf.
