[Constifution of Corporation Pursuant to general election held fisrt after inclusion of an area in city.] Deleted by Guj. 16 of 1993, s.3. 4[6. (1) Every Corporation, unless sooner dissolved, shall continue for five years from the date appointed for its first meeting and no longer. (2) A Corporation constituted upon the dissolution before the expiration of its duration shall continue only for the remainder of the period for which it would have continued under sub-section (1) had it not been so dissolved.
