(1) The Commissioner shall cause all by-laws from time to time in force to be printed, and shall cause printed copies thereof to be delivered to any person requiring the same, on payment of such fee for each copy as he may fix. (2) Printed copies of the by-laws for the time being in force shall be kept for public inspection in some part of the municipal office to which the general public has access and in such places of public resort, markets slaughter-houses and other works or places affected thereby, as the Commissioner thinks fit, and the said copies shall from time to time be renewed by the Commissioner. (3) In regard to by-laws relating exclusively to the operations of the Transport Un dertaking the provisions of this section shall apply as if for the word “Commissioner” the words “Transport Manager” had been subsitituted and as if sub-section (2) had provided for the display of the relevant by-laws in every vehicle of the Transport Undertaking used for the conveyance of the public.
