[ Permits to be non-transferable. ] Deleted by Bom.22 of 1960, s. 26. 8[43. (1) No holder of a permit granted under any of the provisions of this Act other than section 40B shall drink in a public place or in the rooms of a hotel or institution to which the public may have access. (2) No holder of a permit granted under section 40A shall allow the use or consumption of any part of the quantity held by him to any other person.
