(1) A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities or bodies of the University, if- (a) he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; (b) he is an undischarged insolvent; Board of Management. Disqualifications. 14 Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009 [2009 : Guj. 8 (c) he has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; (d) he is conducting or engaging himself in private coaching with or without pecuniary gain ; or (e) he has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination in any form, anywhere.
