Every owner of private forest which vests in the State Government under the provisions of this Act shall be paid by the State Government, an amount which shall be the aggregate of the following, that is to say :- (a) in respect of forest land, an amount calculated in accordance with the principles specified in Part A of the Schedule ; (b) in respect of trees, an amount calculated in accordance with the principles specified in Parts B and C of the Schedule; (c) in respect of dwelling houses, an amount calculated in accordance with the provisions of sections 23 and 24 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
