Collector to determine amount. 2[ Provided that where the amount so determined exceeds three lakhs of rupees the award shall not be made without the previous approval of the State Government.3****;] (3) Every award under sub-section (1) shall, so far as may be, be in the form prescribed in section 26 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
