A member shall not Vote or take part in a discussion on any matter before a Meeting of school board in which he has directly or indirectly, by himself or his partner, any share or interest such as is described in clause (f) of section 5 or in which he is professionally interested on behalf of a client, principal or other person. The vote so given shall not be counted.
