The district school board may by a resolution recommend to the 58[State] Government the establishment of taluka advisory committees for all or any of the talukas in the district to advise it in respect of primary education. On such recommendation being accepted by the 58[State] Government such committees shall be constituted from a date to be notified by the 58[State] Government in the Official Gazette. The constitution, powers and duties of committees shall be as laid down in the regulations made by the district school board : Provided that the 58[State] Government may on its own motion or on the recommendation of the district school board supported by atleast two-thirds of the whole number of members of the board by an order dissolve a taluka advisory committee from a date to be notified in the Official Gazette.
