Repeal and saving. 2 THE PREVENTION OF BLACKMARKETING AND MAINTENANCE OF SUPPLIES OF ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES ACT, 1980 ACT NO. 7 OF 1980 [12th February, 1980.] An Act to provide for detention in certain cases for the purpose of prevention of black marketing and maintenance of supplies of commodities essential to the community and for matters connected therewith.
