(1) No district pleader shall hold a sanad in respect of more than one district at the same time: 2[Provided that when a district for which a sanad is to be issued comprises any area which for the purposes of administration of revenue or criminal justice or both is also included in any other district the sanad may be held in respect of both such districts.] 5 and 6, Geo 5, s.
