All suits and other legal proceedings by or against the University sh al I be instituted, prosecuted or defended on behalf of the University by Lbe Registrar or any other officer specifically nominated in this behalf by the Vice-Chancellor. All employees of the College, R~earch Institutes and otJ1er Government C'mpluyreit. offices and institutions of Govemmem departments whose services have been transferred to the University shall be deemed to be the transferred employees of the State Government. Such transferred employees shall be governed in accordance with the tenns and conditions as determ.ined by the Board in consultation with the State Government while those who have be.en employed by the University shall be subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes made there under. The transferred Government employees may opt for the University service on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by Statutes. Powcr11a 7-6. { I) If any difficulty arises as to the first constitution or rcmc1ve d ifficu !ties. reconstitution of any authority of the University after the coming into force of this Act or otherwise giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order published in the Official Gazelle, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty: Provided that no such order shall be made under this section after the expiry of three years from the commencement of this Ac1. (2) No order made under sub-section (I) shall be questioned in any Court of law on the ground that no difficulty. as referred to in the said sub-section, existed.
