The annual report of the University shall be prepared by the Govcrn_me!nl Gran rs.. Registrar or any other officer, assigned under the direction of the Yice- Chancellor normally within six months from the close of the financial year and circulated to the Members of the 'Board before the meeting at which it is to be considered. The .Board shall, after consideration of the annual report, forward a copy thereof to the State Government.
