Nothing in this Act shall apply to — (i) any nursing home carried on by Government or a local authority or by any other body of persons approved by the 14[State] Government in his behalf; and (ii) any asylum for lunatics or patients suffering from mental diseases, within the meaning of the Indian Lunacy Act, 1912. ------------------------ Saving.
