Indemnity. 25 3 The following Act of the Gujarat Legislature, having been assented to by the Governor on the 11th March, 2003 is hereby published for general information. V. M. (First published, after having received the assent of the Governor in the “Gujarat Government Gazette”, on the 12th March, 2003). AN ACT to provide for the establishment of the Nirma University of Science and Technology, Ahmedabad, Gujarat by law and to confer the status of a University thereon and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
