(1) The toll shall be levied, paid and collected in such manner, as may be pre scribed. (2) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1), any toll, penalty or other dues recoverable under this Act, if not paid within fifteen days of its becoming due, may be recovered as arrears of land revenue.
