Ifany Money-Lender or a person takes from a debtor at the time of advancing aloan or deduct out ofthe principal ofsuch loan aty salami, batta, dharmada or other extraction of similar nature by whatever name called, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to twetrty thousand rupees.
