No additions or alterations other than those required to be made under sub-section (2) of section 10 shall be made to any lift or escalator installation except with the previous permission in writing of an officer authorised in this behalf by the State Government. Right to enter any building for inspection of lift or escalator and lift or escalator installation, etc.
