WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the determination of the salaries and allowances of the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly and other matters hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Eleventh Year of Republic of India as follows:-
