Subject to any rules or orders made in this behalf by the State Government,— (a) the Deputy Speaker shall be entitled to travelling allowance for himself and the members of his family and for the transport of his and his family’s effects in respect of the journey to Gandhinagar from his usual place of residence outside Gandhinagar for assuming office;
