(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal, proceeding shall lie against any person for anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any order made there under. (2) Save as otherwise expressly provided under this Act no suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the 39[State] Government for any damage caused or likely to the caused by anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act, or any order made there under.
