(1) The Board may, with the previous approval of the State Government by notification in the Official Gazette, make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder, for enabling it to perform its functions under this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provision, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely: – (a) the procedure and disposal of its business; (b) remuneration, allowances and other conditions of service of officers and servants of the Board; (c) functions and duties of the officers and servants of the Board; (d) functions of committees and the procedure to be followed by such committees in the discharge of their functions. (3) All regulations made under this section shall be laid before the State Legislature as soon as may be after they are made, and shall be subject to such rescission by the State Legislature or to such modifications as the State Legislature may make during the session in which they are so laid, or the session immediately following. (4) Any rescission or modification so made by the State Legislature shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall thereupon take effect. Power to make regulations.
