The Board may prepare and submit a supplementary programme for the sanction of the State Government in such form and before such date as the State Government may prescribe and the provisions of section 17 shall apply to such supplementary programme. CHAPTER V FINANCES, ACCOUNTS, AUDIT AND DEBTS
