(1) TI1c annual report of the University shall be prepared by the Annu•I Registrar under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor and shall be submitted Report. to the Board at leas! one month before the annual meeting at which it is to be considered. (2) The J3oard shall after considering the report, forward it to the State Govenuncnt with such comments as may be deemed necessary, and the State Government shall cause the report together with its comments to be laid before !ht: State Legislature.
