(1) The University shall establish a fund to be called the Foundation Foundation fund of University from contributions and grants made by the Fund or Government for being credited to that fund and such other sums from the Lohersit~. University which may be credited to the said Fund in accordance with the Statutes. (2) The moneys in the Foundation Fund shall be invested in the Securities authorised by the Trusts Act. 1882 or the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950. (3) The funds and all moneys of the University shall be managed m such manner as may be prescribed IV-Ex-10-8 10-30 Other Funds.
