( 1) The Director of Research, the Dirccior of Extension Education. J>irccrors. the Director of Information Technology and the Director of Stud<.:nts' Welfare shall be the whole-time salaried officers of the University appointed by the Vice·Chauccllor with the approval of the Board in accordance with the Statutes made in this behalf. (2) The qualifications, emoluments and lcrms and conditions of service of the Directors shall be such as may be prescribed. (3) The Director of Research, the Director of Extension Education, the Oircctor of Information Technology and the Director of Students' Welfare shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
