(1) "Trust" means the Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal, Kadi registered under the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950; (m) "University" means the Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya, a University established under section 3. _________________________________________________________________________________ . This Act was assented by the Governor on the 16th May, 2007.
