(1) The Executive Council shall consist of the following members, namely:- (i) the President, (ii) the Director, (iii) two members of the Governing Council, to be nominated by the Sponsoring Body; (iv) two persons who are not the members of the Governing Council, to be nominated by the Sponsoring Body; Executive Council. (2) The Registrar shall be the Member-Secretary of the Executive Council. (3) The President shall be the Chairperson of the Executive Council: Provided that the President may at his discretion, nominate any of the two members of the Governing Council to be the Chairperson of the Executive Council. (4) The Executive Council shall meet at least three times in a calendar year. (5) Four members shall form a quorum for a meeting of the Executive Council.
