(2) The Board shall came to be prqiaml for each financial yeann annual ~ ment of acw1nts in such form as may be provided by regulations. (3) The accounts oftbe Board shall be audiled by an audiuir duly qualified to act as an auditor oftbe companies under scc:tion 226 of the Companies Act, 1956.
