The func:nons of the Board shall be as follo\\s. namely :- (a)to promoce participalioo of a pcr.IOll in financ:iog, ~on, mairircnancc and ,_ or operation of any project UTCSpeetl\'C of llS cost, a..rc1. (b) to advise the State Gov.:mment, a Govemmc:ol agency or a specified Government agency oo matters of policy m respect of participation :cfened to in clause (a), (~)to lay down priorities of ptjccts to be undcnaken hy the State Government, a Go-.emment agency or a specified Government agency ; (d) to consider the prop<>;W for undcltllcing a project and the pl'O\l<>SCd concession agice111ent submitted to it and to recommcod with or without modifications or not recommend or return the proposal and proposed concession agreement for reconsideration of the State Government, the Government agency or, as the case may be, tbe specified Govanmcnt agency ; ( e) to elicit infonnatioo relating to National and International Financial lnstitutioos and to ensure co-operation of such Instilutions; (f) to oo-ordinate aod.mooilor the projcas UDdertaken in tbe State; (g)to 8SS1..ct in developing couc:cpcs of piojecls by UDdt.rtaking pre-feasi1uhty and feasibility srudies oftbe pl'OJeCI; (b)to undertike such project as may be CDUus!cd to it by tbe State Government, (i) to pcrfonnSi!~h olhecfuncboos as may bec:ntrusledto it by the State Govermnent CHAPTER V FINANCE, ACCOUNTS, AUDIT AND ANNUAL REPORT.
