Service Contract Agreement : An a;greement ·whereby a person undertakes to provide services to the StateGoveriimeot, a Gownnnent ag<incy or, a specified Govcmment agency for a specified period. The State Government, a Government agency or, as the case may be, a specified Govermnent agency shall pay him an amount according to the agreed schedule. Ji . Supply Operate and Transfer Agreement :An agreement whereby a person supplies to the State Govermneot. a Government agency or a specified Govermneot agency the equipments and machinery for a project and undertakes to operate the project for a period and consideration specified .in the agreement. During the operatioo of the project, he shall undertake to' ttain employees of the State Government, the Government agency or, as the case may be, tbe specified Go"-ernmeat agency to operate the project.
