- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Gujarat Increase of Stamp Duties Act, 1961
- S. 2The section increases stamp duty by ten percent for specified instruments, rounding up if the fraction is half or more.
- S. 3After section 11 of the principal Act, the following section shall be in started, namely :– “11 A
- S. 4Section 4 of the Gujarat Increase of Stamp Duties Act, 1961 specifies increased stamp duties for various instruments listed in the schedule.
