The Tribunal shall— (a) decide whether any compensation is payable under section 36 ; (b) decide the amount of compensation in matters referred to it under section 38 ; 57[* * * ]; (d) decide disputes relating to the reconstitution of plots referred to it under section 50 and the amount of compensation to be awarded in consequence thereof; (e) decide such other matters as may be prescribed by rules made in this behalf.
