The State Government may, by general or special order published in the Official Gazette, exempt any housing scheme 52[ * * * *] from all or any of the provisions of sections 27 to 34 (both inclusive) subject to such conditions, if any, as it may impose or may direct that any such provision shall apply to such scheme with such modification as may be specified in the order.
