[Programme to be published for inviting suggestions and objections],— Deleted by Guj. 1 of 1973, s. 21. 39[29. The State Government may sanction the programme and the budget forwarded to it with such modifications as it deems fit. The programme and the budget so sanctioned shall be laid before the State Legislature as soon as may be after they are sanctioned].
