VALIDATION ACT, 1978 [12th September, 1978] AN ACT to validate the Gujarat Homoeopathic Regulations, 1969, examinations held thereunder and degrees, diplomas, certificates or any like awards Conferred in pursuance of such examinations. It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows :–
