(1) Every registered or enlisted practitioner shall be liable to pay to the Council a renewal fee of such amount and on such date or at such interval as may be prescribed. (2) At least three months before the date by which the renewal fee is due to be paid under sub-section (1), the Registrar shall by registered post address a letter to each registered or enlisted practitioner at either the residential or the professional address entered in the register or the list, as the case may be, calling upon him to pay the renewal fee on or before the due date.
