(1) The Registrar shall be appointed by the University in such manner and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Regulartions. (2) The Registrar shall exercise the following powers and perform following duties, namely:- (i) He shall be responsible for the custody of records, common seal, the funds of the University and such other property of the University; (ii) He shall place before the Board and other authorities of the University, all such information as may be necessary for transaction of its business;
