Every Regional Fire Officer or the Chief Fire Officer shall furnish to the Director such reports, returns and other information as the Director may, from time to time, require. SS. The State Government may issue, from time to time, directions to the Director as it may deem fit for giving effect 'to the provisions of this Act and it shall be the duty of the Director to comply with such directions. S6. If any dispute arises with respect to the exercise of powers and discharge of functions by the Director or the Regional Fire Officer or the Chief Fire Officer under this Act, the same shall be referred to the State Government and the decision of the State Government thereon shall be final.
